Kunchal is a beautiful village situated in Taha Muncipality-1 of Makwanpur. It is suitable for home stays as it has a rich cultural and historical value. Kunchal was declared as one of the three best places to be in Nepal duting the 38th World tourism day by VITOF. EVERY year VITOF declares 3 villages as tourism villages. People of Kunchal are very hardworking. Primarily they are farmers and most of their income depends on agriculture and animal rearing. Last year people of Kunchal worked together to establish home stays for internal as well as international tourists who want to visit Kunchal. Men and women both are equally capable and especially men are good in kitchen.
