Baruntse is at the height of 7129m in between on the lap of Everest and Makalu Mountain. Colin Todd and Geoff Harrow first ascended this mountain on 30 May 1954. They climbed the mountain by the South -East Ridge. Since then many climbers have used this route and Climbed successfully.

Lobuche peak has two summits, East and West with heights of 6119m and 6145m respectively. A continuous ridge connects them, but it is long and there is a considerable height loss and gain.
