Annapurna Circuit trek is one of the world-famous trekking trails that make a complete circuit of the Annapurna Massif that is distinctly extended between Marsyangdi and Kali Gandaki rivers. This trek is also known as Round Annapurna Trek. The trek progresses in Marsyangdi river valley and crosses Thorang-La, one of the highest passes in the region, and ends in the lower Kali Gandaki Valley.
Annapurna Round Trekking is a long journey of a widely extended rain-shadow area of western Nepal formed by a huge Annapurna mountain range. The spectacular trekking trail is highly praised among other trekking destinations of the Annapurna region and the entire region has been voted as the top ten trekking trails in the world. This region first welcomed foreign tourists only in 1977 and the formal opening of Manang in the 1980s paved the comfort path to trek the Annapurna region.
The trek is sociable and fun, not too demanding, and nights are spent in comfortable lodges where the food is fresh and good quality. It’s a circular trek, going up one valley and over the Thorang La high pass (5412m) and then descend a different valley. The western section of the the route is now accessible to vehicles, which has unfortunately meant this section is best covered by vehicle now due to traffic and dust, however that just gives the feet a day off and the rest of the trek is stunning.
Annapurna Circuit trek is the primary route to several adventure trekking destinations of the region like Narphu Valley Trek, Trek to the Lake Tilicho and expeditions to numerous mountains situated within and beyond the Annapurna massif.

- Day 08 : manang: acclimatization day.
- Day 09 : Trek from manang to yak kharka.
- Day 10 : Trek from yak kharka to thorang phedi.
- Day 11 : Trek from thorang phedi to muktinath via thorang la pass.
